I thought it would be prudent to give a quick overview of how last nights correct score trade on the Arsenal v Bayern Munich game panned out for me.
The original post is HERE
The stakes were pretty much as per the original post but I did take a slightly more aggressive approach with the cover as I only covered under 2.5 goals with £17.00
Bayern took the lead after 7 minutes – No moves
Bayern score again after 21 minutes – No moves
I decided that I would make some moves at half time.
Half Time – I closed out my Under 2.5 Goals position for a £9.67 loss as it was clear that there were going to be more goals.
I also reduced the Red on my correct score positions by laying off some of the 0-3 and 1-3.
Arsenal pull one back on 55 minutes, ailment things are now looking rosy.
I wait another 10 minutes and decide to close out the correct score position for a £27.16 profit.
The game finished 1-3 a scoreline that had been covered, this however I was trading and not gambling, the profit was made and we live to fight another day.
The trade gave me a net profit of £17.49 a 28.2% ROI
These type of trades can be very profitable, they are quite labour intensive though and can spoil the viewing of a game as you need to keep an eye on your positions, I am always looking to reduce red.
I am generally looking to make between 20% and 30% ROI on any trade.
I do think that if you can master these then you are well on your way to becoming a successful trader which is something we all aspire to be.
I still have a long way to go and I am always learning new tricks of the trade, it is challenging as no 2 trades are the same and as we all know Football has a canny way of providing you with the unexpected.
