Football: New Years day accumulator

The first acca of the new year sees just the treble…remember these are single selections from different tipsters looking at different ways of finding a winner and not one of the shots will be below 1.5 in price, so you will get a bigger price for your accumulator. It would be easy to put up some low prices that everyone could pick blind but we are looking to be a little different.

Everyone can find a winner in a weekend on the football coupons but that elusive 5 or 6 results for an accumulator and big pay day always has the one that lets you down.

The SBB team will each put up 1 selection per week on the football although not below 1.5 in price and we will see if 5 or 6 minds, looking at different ways of selecting a result could pay dividends.

This accumulator is deemed complete at time of posting.

Swansea v Aston Villa – Over 2.5

May seem a bit obvious but I can see Villa conceding a few here (again) 16 conceded in their last 4 games and 3 scored (none in their last 3)
A woefully inept and inexperienced defense and no creativity in mid field.
Swansea will pass Villa to death and will surely have the majority of possession.
If Swansea score 1st the Villa heads will once again drop and the goals will start to flow.

Brentford Vs Bournemouth – HOME WIN

Brentford have been in great form of late home, they are unbeaten in their last 10 games and that includes 8 victories. Bournemouth have been in decent form themselves away from home and will go to Brentford unbeaten in their last 5 away games which includes 3 wins. Since the 2000/2001 season these two teams have met 10 times at Griffin Park and the home team hold the upper hand, they have won 6 of the 10 and have only lost once which was back in 2005. It’s a match with two teams who are both up there in the league with Brentford 4th and Bournemouth 5th but over the years Brentford have held the upper hand and they can bolster their promotion chances with a win today.

Crawley Vs Colchester – HOME WIN

Crawley have not been in the greatest form of late but Colchester have been in worse losing 9 of their last 10 in all competitions including to Chelmsford in the FA cup. Crawley have not won in 5 at home but have beaten both Pompey and Stevenage on the road in their last 5.

About Author

Hi I am 42 and have been sports betting seriously for the last 4-5 years. My main areas are Rugby Union where I have played a decent level in both England and Wales and also Cricket where I did the same. I like my horses too but really limit myself to the sprints up to a mile in the summer and then the longer distances over fences in the winter with some AW action as well in the colder months.

I’ve had a fairly hefty dabble on the treble today chaps. Sorry I couldn’t contribute, but I’m Hoping I can benefit.
