Jumping Prospects – December Update
You can find the original post here.
Both belong to trainer Ben Pauling with Barters Hill winning a bumper, and Ewings winning a novice hurdle – you can still purchase ‘Jumping Prospects’ if you have not already, but the update is all about how the book has done and in John’s introduction he talks about his frustration at some punters who are not getting the true benefit of the book.
He recommends that punters use horse alerts to use the book properly, that way you can enter the horse from the book and you will receive advanced emails when the horse is entered into a race; to the author’s credit he goes into this in detail to help punters.
He thanks the loyal punters who have bought the book for past years and then goes into details about how the horses that have already run have done so far and to remind us to follow the ones who are yet to run.
It’s a mini Jumping Prospects but updated, well worth a read and for anyone out there would be a great Xmas present for horse racing lovers everywhere.
There are also new interviews in the book with some that Morris could not get into the early edition and some new trainers (eg Noel Williams). John has a few of his that he thinks will go in at big prices.
George Bewley is another a small trainer in Scotland with a small but select string that have had success in the north, so plenty of new stuff to get stuck into!
You can buy the book on amazon, but the update is available from John over at JumpingProspects or you can contact him via phone on 0151 520 0080
